Making a Purchase
Once your order has been accpeted it will be processed at our shop/warehouse in Mochdre. We reserve the right to cancel orders at this stage.
Payments
We accept credit and debit card payments through Paypal. We can also take card payments over the phone.
Shipping and Handling Times
It is our aim to process and ship all laser cutting order within 5 working days. Due to the nature of the business and the number of products, we make most items to order and there may be times where there is a backlog of orders to process.
We aim to ship non-laser cut items within one working day.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping charges within the UK will be £4.00 per order via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours. Some larger items have to be sent by courier, either Parcelforce or Hermes and the extra cost is usually covered by ourselves.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOX ADDRESSES, HOTELS OR STORAGE FACILITIES.
We no longer ship international orders due to the number being held up or returned by customs.
Delivery Schedule
Once your order has been dispatched please allow time for delivery. Orders for the UK should be received within 5 Working days .
You must inform us within five working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will not normally back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order.
VAT
Torri Laser Limited is not VAT registered at the present time so no VAT is charged on orders.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are protected in our secure server. They are not held in clear text on any web site or our computer. We currently use an online credit card payment system, Paypal (our Payment Service Provider) so we do not see any credit card details.
Guarantee and Distance Selling Regulations
We would like to guarantee your complete satisfaction. We will always try to reslove any problems which arise. Please contact us before returning any items to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 28 days of the date of depatch. Please enclose your receipt and for non-laser cut items it must still in its original packing. Nothing in the above guarantee affects your statutary legal rights.
